My Paypal failed and I don't know what to do, I'm having a problem with Paypal, Is there an alternative to Paypal? How to cancel Paypal? Paypal Issue. Paypal is not working or I can't pay with Paypal. Can I pay directly with my credit card?

WHY PAYPAL? FMYI selected PayPal to process payments to keep your credit card information secure. You can use an existing PayPal account or when you pay with your credit card it will create a PayPal account for you. FMYI does not have access to this account.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN'T ACCESS MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT? You must reset your PayPal password with your own email address if you lose access to your account. HOW DO I CHANGE MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER? You must do this in Paypal. If you need to change which credit card you're using, you would log into PayPal and add a new method of payment. PayPal may not let you use a credit card that is already attached to another PayPal account that often causes confusion. This is something that only PayPal can resolve with you the cardholder. Contact Paypal with how to do these steps.

ONCE I FIX MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT WITH AN UPDATED CREDIT CARD NUMBER, WHAT DO I DO? After you correct the credit card expiration date or form of payment in PayPal, then go to your subscriptions in your Paypal account, find your FMYI subscription and connect it with your updated form of payment. You may need FMYI to create you a new subscription. If so contact FMYI at support@FMYI.com or call at 888.369.4266 x1.

I GOT A NOTICE THAT MY PAYPAL FAILED If you receive an email that your PayPal failed, we recommend you take two steps. 1. Log into PayPal and update your credit card information as soon as possible (steps above) - PayPal will often make a couple of attempts before canceling out your subscription. 2. Email support@FMYI.com and let us know what happened so we can work with you to provide you with an uninterrupted service. FMYI may have to create you a new subscription

CAN I PAY DIRECTLY WITH MY CREDIT CARD? PAYPAL ALTERNATIVES? WHAT IF I DON'T WANT TO USE PAYPAL? WHAT IF I CAN'T USE PAYPAL? You can fill out the credit card authorization form directly with FMYI but only for the year in advance. To do this simply contact FMYI at support@FMYI.com or call at 888.369.4266 x1.

HOW DO I CANCEL? If you wish to cancel FMYI, the best way to do this is log into your PayPal account, find the subscription and cancel it. FMYI Is a service, and thus we provide our system to users for a period of time. FMYI does not provide refunds for nonuse. It is the responsibility of the person who signs up to log into PayPal and cancel the subscription and also to contact FMYI.
